no guarantee of publishing approval nor for any literary
agent to be assigned unless the manuscript is approved
for contract, publishing or publishing promotion.
Fees for expedited submittals are for expedited review
for publishing or Literary Agent assignment.
Expedited reviews normally take as long as 14 to 28
business days but in some cases can take longer.
All expedited submittal fees paid to International
Publishing Company are non-refundable from time of
payment forward. No guarantee of review time
frames are promised although care will be taken to give
expedited submittals first priority of consideration and
review for publishing royalty contract agreement.
